What these terms cover

They apply when you have an account in the app, use the API or the MCP server, or use Filmklar to make and post films. By signing up or logging in you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

For films, packages, prices and delivery the terms at filmklar.dk/vilkaar also apply. If they differ on prices and payment, filmklar.dk wins.

What the service does

You upload footage and images. We make a plan and the films. You see the films with a watermark, ask for changes and approve. Once a film is approved you can download it or post it.

We do not film at your premises. You supply the material.

Films may be made with the help of AI.

Your account

• You keep your login and API keys safe. We treat everything done with your key as done by you.
• Connect only accounts you own or may post to.
• We may close an account used for spam, to break a platform's rules or to harm others.

Your content and responsibility

• What you upload is yours. We may only store it and use it to make your films and provide the service. We do not show it without your yes.
• You confirm you may use the footage, images, music, logos and texts. People who can be recognised must have agreed. The content must not break the law or a platform's rules.
• If children under 18 appear in a recording, their parents must have agreed. Some platforms, for example TikTok, do not allow AI versions of people under 18.

Posting to social media

Posting to your own accounts is switched on per platform. If it is not on for you yet, you connect no accounts, and Filmklar can post for you instead if you asked for that.

• A post goes out only after a person has approved it.
• Posts follow the platform's rules, for example Meta's terms, TikTok's terms and Pinterest's terms. If you use a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Posts made with AI get the platform's AI label. It is on by default. You must not switch it off for content made with AI.
• A platform may reject, hide or remove a post under its own rules. We cannot change that.
• If a platform closes our access, posting there stops until we have access again. We tell you as soon as we can.

No bulk automation

The app is for a few well-considered posts per account per day. The API and the MCP server may only do what a person can do in the app: view, create, schedule, approve and read posts. Scripts that follow, like, comment or post in bulk are not allowed and can get the account closed, here and at the platform.

Payment

Packages and prices are on filmklar.dk. Payment goes through Stripe. If a payment is declined you cannot approve new films until the card is fixed. We delete nothing while that lasts.

Cancellation and deletion

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you paid for. You can ask for your account and all data to be deleted under Indstillinger (Settings). See how to delete. We keep invoices for 5 years because the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires it.

We may cancel with 30 days' notice, and without notice if the terms are broken.

Operation and liability

We do what we can to keep the app running and posts on time. We cannot promise it is always up. Our total liability is never more than what you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect loss, for content you upload or for an account a platform closes.

Changes, law and disputes

We may change the terms. We tell you about larger changes 30 days ahead. Danish law applies. If we disagree we first try to solve it together. Otherwise the Danish courts decide.
